If I wanted to leave my boyfriend, what’s the best steps to take

    winsonhsieh

If there's no custody arrangement you can move or take your child wherever you want. Even out of the country if you wanted too. To file for custody it would be best with a lawyer. But to file it yourself I'm not sure how you go about doing that.

A friend of mine left the US for her home country in Europe with 3 children saying she was just going for a visit and never returned with the children. She was never able to step a foot in the US again for fear of being arrested. She never received child support or very little. Luckily she was from a family with money and was helped a lot by her parents.

Also find a mutual friend that you both have in common, at k pws you & give them tha “heads up” what just took place. A neighborhood acquaintance got tricked into to clicking on some link that appeared to be sent by a friend of his. The link he got was a claim to get $3,500 for PPP or Stimulus money deposited into his account, along with a screenshot of said check that the friend received. His account was then taken over by this “friend”. He notified Facebook and had to create and entirely new Facebook profile. He was NOT able to get the old e back and he had to send Facebook friends requests all over again.

There isn’t anything fake about a restraining order. Either there is one or there isn’t one. What you need to do is take a step back, compose yourself, re-evaluate your circumstances, come up with a new game plan, and have patience. Even if you are the “victim” here, that mentality will only hurt you more than you already have been. So, first thing’s first, you need to get your head right before you do anything. If you have your heart set on getting your stuff back and/or suing for damages, hire an attorney. However, your other option is to put everything you’ve got into overcoming this massive setback by working for everything you’ve lost. “Precision Lawn Maintenance” or “Ritch’s Handyman Services” etc if you are good at lawn care or home improvements. If you don’t have the equipment to work for yourself, despite your background, there ARE jobs out there. It just might take a lot more time and effort to find one worth having. The greatest revenge is success. Best of luck!
