My sister’s neighbors goats were ripped apart
Honestly at this point. It sounds like she needs to start being a responsible owner for the safety of those dogs. Which let me guess huskies? Dosen't matter if you dont see blood. Keep the dogs contained. Hire a trainer or rehome them.
Next time those dogs escape off the yard that neighbor may just shoot them.
The only thing you really can do is keep them in your yard.
Which yes that alone animal control can take them away.

My husband of almost 10 years wants to file for divorce
NAL. I think you should either A: file for divorce, citing infidelity, then tell him you plan to leave. Or B: Ask the kids what they want, and if they want to move, then leave without telling him. He cheated without consideration to his family, so his family can leave without consideration to him. IRead more

He cheated without consideration to his family, so his family can leave without consideration to him. It would be an absolute nightmare for him to try and get them back to the U.S. or to fight you using U.S. laws versus another country. I think the kids would do better in another country. This one is shit, and he sounds like a bad example anyway. You can send divorce papers from another country.
See lessif my child’s father is paying child support can I get its rights terminated?
I’m sorry if you thought I felt that way, I was just speaking from what I’ve seen first hand. I completely understand where you’re coming from, as I’m a mom myself, however, they aren’t just gonna terminate his rights (usually) even if he were abusive to the kids. I completely understand where you’re coming from, as I’m a mom myself, however, they aren’t just gonna terminate his rights (usually) even if he were abusive to the kids. They will recommend counseling, therapy, supervised visitation, etc before that’s even a thought. I honestly think you’d be better off asking him to sign his rights over. But, again, the state probably won’t allow either because there HAS to be someone financially responsible for the kids. And I do not mean that in a demeaning way towards you whatsoever. Good luck! I would prob keep an actual log of how long it’s been Since he’s called/ exercised his visitation rights etc. and speak to your lawyer.

So a few things. The moment he sells, if you two are married, he can move the assets. If you want half, you need to file for divorce. I know divorce isn't something you are thinking about. With all the fees ask for $6000 and see what you get. You have 2 loans, court fees, serving fees and just the fact you have to take idiot to court to pay. You probably will have to pay to garnish his wages. What about interest? Ask for $6k and see what judge gives you.

If you were adopted, like for real, in a court room, with a judge, you loose all natural inheritance rights to your birth father and would be given those under your new father. Without a will you would have no claim to anything that was your birth father's.
