Behavior: he’s impulsive, and careless. Hes arrogant and believes he can get away with everything. He doesn’t always directly harass, but he will stand on his porch and flip my cameras off, or stand and watch us while we’re outside if he notices we are and aren’t aware he is. He has sometimes waited for me to leave my house in the mornings, he has tried to fly down our dead end road while I’m pulling out of my driveway so we could/would get into an accident. The list goes on.

It is his house, but I’m unaware of the circumstances. I believe one of their parents may own it, but they live there.
He doesn’t care who is around. They moved in Nov 2020, and have caused nothing but problems since. His house is about 10 feet from mine.

Fighting the schools are awful. I’ve been fighting my kid’s school for 5 years now. My oldest has been bullied since 6th grade(currently in 11th) and it’s cause their mental health to go down so badly they are now meds tor severe depression and anxiety and a lot of counseling still as it still happens to this day. Bullying started in middle school all because they are in special Ed classes. I have so many emails to the principal, teachers and superintendent of the non stop bullying. Emails to my child from the group of kids bullying my child stating they weren’t gonna leave them alone until they quit school and the school didn’t do anything. Hell my child is making reports of to this day at least a few times a week of bullying. Once my child got to high school he still gets bullied every damn day now due to being in special Ed classes and now also cause of their sexuality. My child is scared to go to school to this day as the school fails to protect him from getting called slurs all day, threats bring beat up cause of his sexuality, kids trying to corner my child in the bathroom. He can’t even have lunch in the cafeteria due to bullying, he has to go to a classroom as the school can’t stop it or won’t… I’m not a lawyer and sadly can’t help but at least want you to know that you and your child aren’t alone. My only advice I can give is never stop fighting and stand up for your child. I’d personally try to keep communication via email as I’ve caught the school here is so many lies and can easily call them on it cause of the emails. I tried finding a lawyer but I live in such a small towns area in central NY no lawyer locally will take it as soon they know it has to do with the school, they act scared and suddenly can’t help.
