I think that would be the primary motivation behind my own investigation because 1. Not too much information is given but enough information was given to know that well if she doesn’t wanna sell she doesn’t have to and it wasn’t granny’s to sell.
We’re all aware how some people get when loved ones die that’s why I’m asking for that clarification and dependent on your answers would be dependent on the advice I would (if it were my daughter) give.
I lended someone moeny and till now he has not paid me back

If she said she would pay you for your help then that could be an enforceable contract but you would need some kind of proof like emails or text messages saying exactly how much for exactly what services rendered.
It sounds like this woman is very mentally ill. It’s understandable if you don’t want to spend your time taking care of some crazy lady and you should probably stop if it’s making you crazy too. Let her hire some help that’s trained to deal with these things. But I don’t think you can legally get any money out of this
Biological father passed away and my aunt trying to take my house

the house should be put in a trust in my opinion. That way her lack of payments doesn’t affect the home. Just my opinion of course. I could be mistaken

NAL but do work for an agency that runs rep payee and pooled asset trust programs. The father will be the one penalized in this situation. Also, cut that toxic ass woman out of your life immediately if not sooner.

If you are in the middle of a custody case then you need permission to relocate and can face some serious consequences if you resort to self-help. There have been MANY many cases where a parent successfully moved to another state without seeking approval from anyone prior to relocating. However, there are also numerous cases where a parent was forced to go back to their hometown. It all depends on the law and the circumstances. In your case, since the biological father is seeking some form of custody, you wouldn’t be able to relocate very far.

If you gave it to him as a gift then its a gift. Doesn’t sound like it was a loan. No contract for repayment I am assuming. Everything is expensive in California so if he paid all the bills, food, insurance etc for both you and him, I am sure he is out a lot more than double what you gave him.
