    Send a certified letter asking for itemized deductions, normal wear and tear can not be counted. Painting walls, washing outside of house normal wear n tear.

    She needs to be honest and admit if the dogs had gotten out that night.

    that was my first thought! I definitely wasn’t speeding cause I was in moderate traffic flow. I didn’t see him at all or if he had a speed trap waiting for his next victim, but he ran up behind the car behind me with his lights on and then me after that guy moved over. I have 35% window tint on my windows too and you can see the belt coming across in the right lighting, so I’m puzzled. I was in another state with an out of state tag, so maybe that was his culprit, idk. He treated me like a criminal too. I’m not sure about that one, but I definitely had the belt across the lap and it went across my chest too. I actually believe that it’s safer for me that way being so petite. But I should look into that, so thanks for letting me know.

    do have legal protection but you cant just move them in and then when they are discovered, tell the landlord you have them. There are better ways to go about it. Like informing them that you have them in the first place. They can't deny you housing because of them, but not telling them can cause a wRead more

More of an HOA issue. Your mother signed a contract that she would adher to the HOA bylaws when she purchased the condo. Most judges honor the contract.
