    it's an HOA not a landlord situation. HOA bylaws have to be filed with the state and are in essence an extension. Same rules don't apply.

    ohhh maybe speak to a lawyer about sending the neighbor and the LL a cesist and desist letter...that if they continue to harrass or allow/prompt teanats to harass homeowners...theyll be a civil lawsuit from the neighborhood. Maybe try and get the other neighbors effected to get in on it…i highly doubt the LL wants a civil lawsuit with 2+ homeowners having the same issues with a teanat.

    NAL why not get ahold of her LL and have them address the issue...also file for a restraining order and harrassment charges (get outdoor cameras for any stuff she may attempt while on property. Make sure you got a sign by ur door stating they are being filmed.)

    NAL but the short answer is no. Maybe you can go to the media but I guarantee you that the company will just say they paid a fair price and that a new warehouse will bring jobs and new growth to your town. Look into moving, you can also post this on Reddit for more responses

    CPS usually works double as hard when the parents don’t cooperate, from what I understand. And they seem to take substance abuse more seriously than any other forms of neglect/abuse. At least in Oregon
