    So normally what they do is they try and access your Facebook, they will send a password reset and since it’s your account it’s linked to your email. The code in your email is your password reset code. When you give it to them they enter it and change the password on your Facebook taking control. ThRead more

    So normally what they do is they try and access your Facebook, they will send a password reset and since it’s your account it’s linked to your email. The code in your email is your password reset code. When you give it to them they enter it and change the password on your Facebook taking control. They will then use your Facebook and getting it back is quite hard as Facebook doesn’t have a number you can call for assistance you have to do the automated help and it’s mostly no use. Do not send codes out for anything. They are pretty good and remove your previous email and number and they will use your account to get more account from your friends list.

    My question is how this happened? Officers often have qualified immunity. Departments may settle lawsuits but it is very hard to win against them.
