If you tell him you plan to leave, then he will try to stop you. All you have to do is get them there. He won't know where you are, right? Girl, I would leave. He can see the kids on your terms.since he wants to be a bad person. Fuck the U.S. laws. Go to europe and get the help you need.

If it was bought while married then your part is martial property. Now with that said, the judge can only make you buy him out of your part of the home. Then again judge might just say it's yours. Who knows how the judge will see this. Judge could say.

Here is your AL small claims court guide. It answers a lot of basics. https://judicial.alabama.gov/docs/library/docs/smguide.pdf The amount for small claims ends at $6000 so be careful and handle promptly before you need to hire an attorney.

I’m sorry so many people are such a holes. I guess they missed the part where she said she would and then flipped the script. I prefer people actually do WHAT THEY SAID they would do too. I get it. Unfortunately, most people don’t and you really have to adopt some kind of “I’ll believe it when I see it” or “whatever” attitude. It helps. I wouldn’t work for her or befriend her anymore. Let people go that are no good for your soul.
