I did not receive my child tax credit, when I should be getting it?

I filed my taxes in 2022 this past April for my child tax credit but by May 18 I did not get the direct deposit. I already receive social security via direct deposit so I wouldn’t be getting any checks in the mail.

I cannot get a hold of the IRS.

Can anyone tell me why I did not receive my child tax credit and when I should be getting it?

That’s about when I filed mine, and it came yesterday. I didn’t get the text updates I signed up for and where’s my refund was giving me an error.

Complete form 911. Supposedly it’s about 4 weeks for a response.
I’m still waiting for them to open the damn mail for my 2020 taxes that they got first in MAY then the signature in OCTOBER 2021.

I filed in February and didn’t receive my taxes back until the very end of April. They’re behind.

IRS is behind and especially if you have child tax credits. You waited until last minute to file so now you’re gonna have to wait til they process it

What is the status of your tax return? Do you use a bank account for SSA or direct express?

Not positive but I’m pretty sure the only one that can answer this is the IRS
