He’s just extremely narcissistic and he can’t ever be in the wrong. I am 32 weeks with his child and he knows a DV restraining order is taken into account with child custody. I think that is big part of him being so persistent.

I do know(this is hearsay) that when my dad passed away, my mom bought a house(we had lived in a pastorium). someone she knew passed away after a long stint in the nursing home. the state went in and took her house(I also believe this was a state run nursing home). Even if in another person’s name they could go back 7 years and get it if it was passed down. So my mom paid off her house with the life insurance money and deeded it in mine and my sisters name(this was back around 03 or 04) So there is no way they could get it now as its been nearly 20 years. Only thing they could take is her car. Now this also may be a TN law. Was any money changed hands?

So since the day he made death threats we don’t use our front door anymore. They apparently have pieced that together probably because he’s waited for me to leave and he’s realized I don’t walk out the front anymore. So now, of course they are always sitting outside on their back porch, in my opinion they are just waiting for the right time to say something or do something (which up until a couple of weeks ago they never used). They’re intimating, and he wanted us to see his shotgun because he didn’t try to hide it, as he walked inside his house.
