]]> We are located in Georgia out in the country so coyotes are frequent here. My sister’s neighbors goats were ripped apart and they’re trying to blame it on my sister’s two dogs who are top tier escape artists. They’ve even broken her windows to get outside. They escape collars, chains, runners, leads, run through invisible fencing, jump privacy fencing, etc. But these dogs would never hurt a fly. They are super friendly and have been around livestock before and have never harmed them. Animal control came and threatened my sister trying to force her to give them the dogs and she refused. They said the owners are claiming they saw her dogs but they have no proof or evidence her dogs did this. They had no blood or anything on them. What can we do?

]]> So I have a neighbor, a “karen” for lack of better word. This women has been TORMENTING my children. Her house is the first house on our dead end street. My kids get on the bus right outside her house and she comes outside cursing at them calling them “white trash”. She told my 11 yr old ” I hope u get kidnapped and raped” last week she came out and threw dog shit where my kids sit to wait for the bus. It’s not just a bus stop issue. This women has come down to our end of the road (we’re the last house on the street) n sat outside our house watching us. While our kids and neighborhood kids played basketball out front she came down with her phone videoing them saying “look at these white trash hillbillies, disgraceful”. While my daughter was riding her bike up and down the road she came out throwing rocks at her telling her to go back to welfare n calling her white trash. She videos my children’s every move. I’ve asked her respectfully n nicely a few times to stop bc im not comfortable with it and it makes my kids uncomfortable. But she doesn’t care. She called my jon and told my boss i stalk her. She called child protective services and reported that i “run up and down the street with my 2 yr old n i curse” Cops have been involved. She calls the cops on us dam near every morning while at the bus stop. Telling the cops were harassing her. We have videos of us just siting there waiting for the bus and she comes out starting with us. I’ve been late to work, I’ve had to leave early from work n ive had to call out of work several times bc of this women’s behavior. Ive had to get councilign for my 11 yr old bc shes traumatized her. So my question is can I sue this women for my lost wages? N for payment for counciling?? If so what type of lawyer do I need to talk to? And would it cost money to sue her? We are from Pemberton township, New Jersey.

A month ago my neighbor threatened to kill my whole family, I caught him on recording and filed charges. His hearing isn’t until July 11th.
Previously in the past he had been arrested for delivery of heroin (2015) and last year (2021) he was charged for domestic battery. Saturday night I had company over who tell me my neighbors were outside and kept looking over at them, so I checked my cameras to find that he was bringing in his house a shotgun!!
I contacted the police asking what could be done, to only find out that all of his charges in the past (there’s more but the two I named are felony charges) have been dismissed, so he was never charged. He must have paid alot of money for his charges to just go away like that, or gave up names in exchange to get away with it. He should be a felon but isn’t. So legally he’s allowed to have that shotgun?!
Is there anything I can do besides move at this point? I’m terrified to live inside my own home. I’m losing sleep over this, I have two small children, 2 and 4. Besides being able to file charges on him for making death threats, they only charged him for harassment btw, there’s not a thing they can do about the shotgun? I am speechless that I’m over here fearing for my life and the police tell me there’s nothing they can do to help?
