]]> Does anyone know if there’s a point in reporting a rape from 2015 with no proof other than word of mouth? My rapist now works at a store that I frequent (or used to frequent, now I’m too scared to). I have 0 proof besides my word and possibly the word of a friend he also raped, but she refuses to come forward because she thinks its pointless and will be more traumatizing with no benefit.
I only came to terms with the fact that what happened was rape in 2018, and was told by my teachers that coming forward wouldn’t do anything since it had been so long and I have no proof.
Sorry for the book, I’m still in the stages of a panic attack and am rambling I think.
