]]> My ex husband who is no longer on my insurance keeps filing claims for a vehicle not even covered on my insurance somehow. It’s been months now and my insurance still hasn’t been able to get a hold of him to “investigate” and has not removed these claims from my account. He is cconstantly in and out of jail and I’m sure he didn’t have insurance at the time of his accident so probably just gave the officer or Individual an old card to stay out of trouble.

My question is do I need to file something with the police to get this moving along? Will they do anything about it? I don’t understand how he keeps being able to do this??
