]]> I was told by my sister that my dad’s widow gets the money for a house even though her name isn’t on any papers The house is in Indiana & she lives in Florida My sister said according to Florida law my dad’s widow gets everything including money for the house in Indiana The house in Indiana isn’t paid off My sister said the Indiana house is being foreclosed & my dad’s widow gets that money …… This doesn’t make sense to me & doesn’t seem right The lawyer she has been contacted by says we’re getting bankruptcy money then tells her something else then tells her that we’re not getting anything & my dad’s widow is getting it all ….. The lawyer keeps changing what he says after adding new stuff is how it seems to me going by what my sister has said …… I don’t know about law stuff but when my sister 1st started msging me with this stuff something didn’t seem right to me & I questioned this from the start ….. Can anyone shed any light on this ?
