because the AG investigates and if there are any criminal violations then the attorney General‘s office will write up a charge sheet. When you sue in small claims court you’re only suing on a contractual breach, which is only at costs and damages.

See lessSometimes we’ve had to reach out to our insurance corporate line because the agent wasn’t doing their job. You can also check online if they have an app or website to see what’s going on. Also call the claims department to have them remove the false claims. Anyone can file a claim on a vehicle if the vehicle is still on the policy.
If him and the said vehicle are off your insurance and you’re still having issues with your insurance accepting the claims I would find another insurance company and get a new policy. The insurance company should not accept the claims of him and that vehicle have been removed. They are the ones at fault.
You could also call the police station and let them know hey my ex and this vehicle haven’t been listed on my insurance in said amount of time please don’t accept it. They may or may not do anything but at least you tried.

It’s not going to matter who files first. But the best interest of the child comes first in custody cases. You’ll be hard pressed to convince a judge that it’s in their best interest to move to a completely different country when they are already established in the US.

California is a "No Fault" divorce state so the reason is immaterial to the court. Most parents would not agree to allow their children to leave the country...if he agrees to your sole custody.....which is unusual...there is the matter of support as well. Consult a GOOD divorce lawyer.

A few nights ago one of them attempted to defecate in a cooler in a common room in front of the children. No doctors appointments for the kids and undiagnosed mental health, most likely due to their excessive drinking.
