yes and so do I. Along with a lot of people I know that are either paying or receiving. My husband has 2 other kids, we have 2 kids together, when he went in to have it modified because it was 70% of his gross income they asked if he has other dependents, he said yes, they changed the percentage to include 2 other dependents in the home, he had to put down all of our monthly bills as well, and they went off that to make sure he can provide for his 2 kids outside the home, and provide for his 2 kids inside the home and able to pay the bills.

if he had 6 kids then yes they’d consider them. But 2? They dont care. Plus the arrears would be taken too.

the courts do put other dependents into consideration.

Hes right. The court dont care about other children or the man’s rent. Plus the court will go after all the arrears he hasn’t been paying all this time.
